Vietnamese Customers Visited Our Factory

At 2:00 PM, General Manager Zhou accompaniedour Vietnamese customers entered our factory, beginning their half-day visit and study tour.

1. Discussion and Exchange

In the conference room, the two parties first held a brief discussion. Mr. Zhou detailed the factory’s development history, production scale, core products, and technological advantages, highlighting recent R&D achievements in refractory materials, including energy conservation and environmental protection, and optimized high-temperature performance. The Vietnamese customers engaged in a lively discussion with our technical staff on product application scenarios and quality inspection standards.

2.Visiting the production process

After the discussion, the tour officially began. First, the customers entered the production workshop. Inside, machines roared, automated production lines operated smoothly, and workers in uniform were busy at their posts. From raw material mixing and molding to high-temperature sintering, the operational procedures were clearly visible. And Mr. Zhou highlighted the newly introduced intelligent sintering kiln, which not only precisely controls temperature and time, but also significantly reduces energy consumption. The Vietnamese customers observed the kiln’s operation closely, taking photos of key equipment details with their mobile phone, and occasionally sharing their experiences with their colleagues.

3.Visiting Refractory Materials

In the finished product display area, arranged a wide variety of refractory bricks, refractory castables, and other products. Including magnesia chrome bricks, corundum bricks, zirconium bricks, and high alumina bricks. Product specifications, performance parameters, and applicable industries were labeled next to them. And our technicians demonstrated high-temperature resistance testing of refractory bricks on site. And the customers were amazed to see the bricks withstand the intense flames without any damage.

After the visit, both parties returned to the conference room for a summary discussion. The customers highly praised the factory’s standardized management, advanced production technology, and high-quality refractory materials. Mr. Zhou expressed his hope to work together with Vietnamese customers to contribute to the development of the refractory industry in both countries.
