Zircon Brick
Zircon refractory brick is made of natural zircon sand (ZrSiO2) as raw material. The zircon fire brick is fired in 1600℃ furnace with the zircon content more than 65%.
The zircon fire bricks have compact crystal structure, high density and high mechanical strength. Since zircon brick has good thermal shock stability, low re-fire shrinkage and high temperature creep, and has extremely high chemical stability and resistance to alkaline media, zircon fire brick is widely used in glass industry.

Description of Zircon Refractory Brick
Zircon fire bricks are a class of high-performance refractory materials with zirconium compounds (mainly zirconium oxide ZrO₂ or zircon ZrSiO₄) as the core components. In industry, they are mainly used to resist extreme high temperatures, chemical erosion and thermal shock.

Zirconia fire brick is as a core material for the construction and repair of various glass melting furnaces.
Steel and iron metallurgy
Zirconia refractory brick is used as linings for steel ladles, and as key components in continuous casting (such as sizing nozzles).

Zirconia refractory brick is used to withstand various acid and alkali media and ultra-high temperature environments.
