Vietnamese customers visit our factory to inspect silica bricks for glass kilns

Today, a group of Vietnamese customers visited Ruitai to inspect the production process and product quality of silica bricks for glass kilns. We received them with professionalism and courtesy throughout, strictly adhering to Vietnamese business etiquette, to facilitate a deeper understanding and cooperation between both parties.

At the beginning of the visit, both sides had a brief discussion. The customers were then guided to the production workshop. In the workshop, our technical staff explained the core advantages of the silica bricks for glass kilns in simple language, using physical samples—made from high-purity silica with a silica content of no less than 96%, manufactured through precise processes, with a load softening temperature as high as 1640-1680℃. It exhibits volume stability at high temperatures and excellent resistance to acidic slag erosion. It is perfectly suited to the needs of critical components such as the kiln roof and tank walls of glass kilns.

The customers carefully examined the silica brick production process, inquiring in detail about raw material selection, firing control, and other aspects. We patiently answered their questions and displayed the density test report of the silica bricks, proving that the product’s true density is less than 2.35g/cm³, meeting high-quality standards. The client frequently stopped to observe and record product details with their mobile phone, expressing high praise for our factory’s rigorous quality control and advanced production equipment.

At the end of the visit, both parties exchanged views in the conference room. We introduced our product customization capabilities and case studies.
