Ruitailianxin kiln construction team travels to Pakistan to build rotary kiln

Recently, Ruitailianxin’s kiln construction team traveled to Pakistan to commence a rotary kiln construction project, contributing its professional expertise to local industrial development.

In October, a Pakistani client purchased a batch of corundum bricks and high-alumina bricks from our refractory materials plant for the construction of a rotary kiln and requested our kiln construction team to travel to Pakistan to assist in the kiln construction.

Recently, the refractory bricks requested by the client arrived in Pakistan. Our construction team completed comprehensive preparations, optimizing the construction plan based on Pakistan’s local climate conditions, construction specifications, and geological characteristics. They also ensured the availability of suitable professional equipment and protective materials before quickly arriving in Pakistan. Upon arrival, the team immediately began preliminary work such as site surveying and foundation layout, advancing the project with efficient execution.

During construction, the team strictly adhered to international engineering standards, upholding the principle of “meticulous workmanship and quality first,” implementing full-process quality control for key processes such as kiln body welding and support roller installation. Technical backbone personnel spearheaded efforts to overcome challenges such as equipment debugging and precision control during construction in high-temperature environments. They also actively shared their construction experience, encouraging local workers to participate in the project, achieving technological exchange and mutual benefit.

Currently, the project has entered the core component installation phase. The Ruitailianxin construction team is steadily advancing all tasks with enthusiasm and a rigorous attitude, demonstrating their professional competence and sense of responsibility.
