Ruitai team traveled to pakistan to build reverberatory furnace

Last October, Pakistani customers purchased a batch of refractory bricks and refractory materials for a reverberatory furnace from our factory. And required our kiln construction team to travel to the country to assist in the construction.

At the end of December, the refractory materials arrived in Pakistan. In early January, the Ruitai Lianxin construction team departed for Pakistan to begin the reverberatory furnace construction project.

Upon arriving in a foreign country, the construction team faced multiple challenges: language barriers, climate differences, and rudimentary construction conditions. Team members overcame these difficulties, quickly integrated into the local community, and worked alongside their Pakistani colleagues. During the day, they were on-site, meticulously controlling key aspects such as the reverberatory furnace’s civil engineering foundation and equipment installation; at night, they discussed construction plans, optimized technical details, and worked tirelessly to overcome challenges such as equipment transportation.

We inherited the fighting spirit of Chinese builders, drew upon mature reverberatory furnace construction technology, strictly adhered to construction standards, and personally taught local employees operational skills, achieving technology sharing and mutual benefit. Throughout the construction period, regardless of the scorching heat or bitter cold, we remained steadfast at our posts, racing against time and ensuring quality. Our hard work fueled the project’s progress, and our professionalism safeguarded construction safety, vividly demonstrating our commitment to “not delaying a single day, not slacking off for a single day.”

During the Chinese New Year, the Ruitai Lianxin construction team remained on duty at their kiln construction site in Pakistan, unable to return home to reunite with their families. We hope our team can complete the reverberatory furnace construction project on time and to the required standard, allowing the client to put it into production as soon as possible, achieving a perfect collaboration with them.
