Ruitai Lianxin’s team traveled to Uzbekistan to build rotary kilns.

In August, clients in Uzbekistan ordered a batch of refractory bricks for rotary kilns from our company, including magnesia chrome bricks, high alumina bricks, insulating bricks, and refractory castables, and requested our construction team to help them build the kiln.

By the end of September, the refractory fire bricks had arrived at the Uzbek client’s location. Simultaneously, Ruitai Lianxin’s construction team departed from Zhengzhou Airport and traveled to Uzbekistan as quickly as possible. Our construction team arrived in Uzbekistan in early October. After both parties finalized the kiln construction plan, the team began construction.

Our kiln construction team is highly experienced and possesses extensive knowledge of refractory materials. Each member has at least ten years of kiln construction experience. The team has assisted clients in designing and building kilns in countries such as India, Kazakhstan, Vietnam, Syria, South Korea, and the Czech Republic. Examples include reverberatory furnaces, converters, rotary kilns, incinerators, glass kilns, blast furnaces, and electric furnaces. Ruitai Lianxin’s team has received unanimous praise from our clients.

Construction of the rotary kiln is nearing completion. Once finished, the team will conduct refractory tests to ensure the kiln functions properly. We wish our Uzbek client a successful kiln construction and a speedy commissioning.
