Mr. Zhou Visited Old Customers in Uzbekistan

Recently, Mr. Zhou made a special trip to Uzbekistan to visit old customers. The customers, well-known local steel mill, ordered a batch of magnesia-aluminum-chromium spinel bricks from our factory in April, built a rotary kiln in June, and began production in July, with the equipment currently in operation.

Last week, Mr. Zhou arrived at the steel mill and was warmly welcomed by the customers. The customers eagerly took Mr. Zhou on a tour of the newly built and operational rotary kiln. The customers highly praised the refractory bricks and expressed gratitude for the kiln solution we provided.

Afterwards, Mr. Zhou, accompanied by the customers, toured the steelmaking site and engaged in in-depth discussions and discussions on kiln issues. He provided feasible suggestions and solutions. The customers praised his professionalism and discussed subsequent orders for refractory bricks for additional kilns, ultimately establishing a new partnership.

This visit strengthened Mr. Zhou’s relationship with the customer and led to further progress on future orders for refractory bricks.
