Recently, Kazakhstan customers visited Henan Ruitai Lianxin Refractory Materials Co., Ltd. for an inspection.

The customers arrived promptly at 10:00 AM. Using a bilingual Chinese and Russian PowerPoint presentation, Mr. Zhou comprehensively presented our factory’s development history, production scale, technological R&D capabilities, and market strategy. The customers explained, Kazakhstan’s rapid industrial development in recent years has led to a growing demand for high-quality refractory materials. And that their visit was specifically aimed at finding a reliable partner. During the company introduction, Mr. Zhou used a bilingual Chinese and Russian PowerPoint presentation focusing on our development history, R&D capabilities, and application cases in the steel industry. The customers admitted that Kazakhstan’s industrial upgrading has generated significant demand for refractory materials. And that their visit was specifically aimed at finding a stable supplier.
After the company introduction, the customers proceeded to our factory for an on-site tour. In the sample display area, arranged a wide variety of refractory materials, ranging from high alumina bricks to corundum bricks, from magnesia chrome bricks to zirconium bricks, and from castables to insulation materials. Technicians explained each product’s performance parameters, applicable scenarios, and core advantages, and demonstrated the high-temperature and wear-resistant properties of some products using professional instruments. The customers then toured the raw material pretreatment workshop, molding workshop, firing workshop, and quality inspection center.
After the visit, the two parties returned to the conference room for an in-depth discussion. The customers raised questions about product pricing, delivery time, customized production, and other details of the cooperation. Mr. Zhou, based on our factory’s specific circumstances, provided detailed responses and expressed his willingness to provide customized product solutions based on the customer’s specific needs. The customers expressed that this on-site visit provided a more intuitive and in-depth understanding of our factory’s strengths and expressed his hope to quickly reach a mutually beneficial cooperation agreement.

This visit not only provided the customer with a deeper understanding of our factory’s strengths, but also established a bridge for efficient communication. We will use this opportunity to optimize our products and services, fully expand our overseas market, and embark on a new chapter in refractory cooperation with our Kazakh customers.
