Indian Customers Visited Our Factory

Last week, an Indian customer visited our refractory materials factory, intending to purchase a batch of magnesia carbon bricks for converters.

On the morning of October 16th, we met the Indian customer at the airport. He requested a direct tour of the factory.

After a brief discussion with the customer in the conference room, Mr. Zhou led him to the production workshop. Inside, the production lines were bustling with activity. Machines roared, the automated production lines operated smoothly, and workers, dressed in uniform, bustled about their posts. From raw material mixing and molding to high-temperature sintering, the operational procedures were clearly visible. Mr. Zhou highlighted the new intelligent sintering kiln we have introduced, which not only precisely controls temperature and time but also significantly reduces energy consumption. And the Indian customer observed the kiln’s operation closely, photographing key equipment details with his mobile phone and sharing his thoughts with colleagues.

Then they arrived products workshop. In the finished product workshop, a variety of refractory bricks, refractory castables, and other products were neatly arranged, labeled with product specifications, performance parameters, and applicable industries. The customer picked up a magnesia carbon refractory brick, weighed it, and praised its fine texture. A technician demonstrated the product’s high-temperature resistance test on-site, and the customer was amazed to see the bricks withstand the intense flames without any damage.

Afterward, both parties returned to the conference room for a summary discussion. The customer highly praised the factory’s standardized management, advanced production technology, and high-quality products. The customer asked specific needs and questions. And Mr. Zhou explained and answered them one by one. The customer signed the agreement on the spot and paid the deposit.
