Our factory welcomed a customer from India, who traveled from afar to conduct a field study of our refractory production capabilities and product quality. Aiming to build a bridge of communication for potential collaboration.
At 9:00 AM, we picked up the customer at the hotel and brought him to our factory. Led by a technical engineer, the customer visited the product display area, where our core products, from high-alumina bricks and magnesia-chrome bricks to monolithic refractories, were displayed. Each product was accompanied by a bilingual sign in Chinese and English, clearly indicating performance parameters, applicable temperature ranges, and customer case studies. The technical engineer held up a refractory brick sample and demonstrated its high-temperature and corrosion-resistant properties. He then recommended several cost-effective and adaptable products based on the industrial needs of the Indian market. The customer carefully touched the sample and frequently asked the engineer questions about technical details. The two sides engaged in an in-depth discussion on topics such as product processing and service life.

Then, accompanied by the production supervisor, the customer donned safety clothing and a helmet and entered the intelligent production workshop. Inside the workshop, robotic arms precisely mixed raw materials, automated kilns operated smoothly, and quality inspectors meticulously tested each batch of products. The customer carefully observed the production process, occasionally taking photos of key equipment and operational steps with his mobile phone. Upon viewing the real-time quality monitoring data dashboard on the workshop wall, the customer expressed high recognition of our factory’s quality management system.
After the visit, both parties returned to the conference room for business negotiations. The customer first expressed their appreciation for our factory’s production capabilities and refractory product quality, and expressed their interest in collaborating. The sales and technical teams worked seamlessly to provide detailed answers to the customer’s questions regarding bulk purchase pricing, delivery times, and after-sales service, and developed a customized cooperation plan tailored to the customer’s purchase size. The atmosphere was warm and pragmatic, and both parties reached a preliminary consensus on cooperation through friendly exchanges.
This visit by the Indian customer not only demonstrated our factory’s comprehensive strengths but also opened a new chapter in our cooperation.
