A Visit from an Egyptian customer to Ruitai

On November 13th, we received a Egyptian customer. The customer spent two days visiting and exchanging ideas at Ruitai Lianxin refractory factory.

On the afternoon of the 13th, after picking up the Egyptian customer from their hotel, we took him directly to our refractory materials factory for a tour. The client wanted to purchase sintered zirconia-corundum fire bricks and silica fire bricks for glass kilns. We led the client on a tour of our raw material workshop, production workshop, and finished product workshop. We also showed the client the casting process for sintered zirconia-corundum bricks. The client was impressed by our production scale and processes.

On the morning of the 14th, we met with the client again. The Egyptian customer expressed a need for us to design a glass kiln construction solution for them. Our kiln design team understood the client’s needs and requirements and quickly produced a draft kiln design solution. The client and our team discussed and revised the details of the design. Ultimately, the client was very satisfied with our design and refractory products. And immediately expressed their intention to cooperate with our factory.
