Silica Brick
Silica bricks are made of quartz stone material.The content of SiO2 is more than 94%. Silica fire bricks belonging to acid refractory bricks,have the excellent ability to resist acid slag and acid solution erosion. Silica refractory bricks have good high temperature stability and high refractoriness under load about 1640-1680℃. Silica brick is an ideal refractory material for high-temperature furnace construction.

Silica fire bricks have these characteristics:

- Strong resistance to glass liquid and air erosion
Application of Silica Bricks
Silica refractory bricks are mainly used in glass industry and steel industry.
- Glass melting tank , glass kiln and Soaking pit, Doghouse crown, suspended wall of channel, top crown and inlet sealing of glass furnace.
- Partition walls of the carbonization chamber and combustion chamber of the coke oven.
- The regenerator and slag chamber of the steel making open hearth furnace.
