Refractory Plastic Castable
Plastic Castables are Phos-bonded, bauxite, mullite or corundum-based refractory. They are unsurpassed resistance to acid and neutral as well as basic slags allows it survive the corrosive environments. The plastic castable does not require forms during installation where anchors are present except for flat arch constructions.Usually the binder of plastic castables are liquid aluminium dihydrogen phosphate, the plasticity can be adjusted when you are doing the installation. We can also supply the plastic castable with powder binder, and plastic castable ready for use (packed in cartons).

Application of Refractory Plastic Castable
- Industrial furnaces: widely used in the lining of various heating furnaces, soaking furnaces, annealing furnaces, rotary kilns, etc., especially suitable for parts with complex shapes, such as furnace roofs, furnace wall corners, flue openings, etc.
- Metallurgical industry: used for lining repair of steel ladles and iron ladles, as well as lining of blast furnace hot blast furnaces and other equipment.
- Building materials industry: also used in some parts of cement kilns and glass kilns, as refractory lining or repair materials.
