Calcium-free Silica Brick
Calcium-free silica brick is a refractory material with special properties and uses.
Calcium-free silica fire brick is a siliceous refractory material made of silica as the main raw material, and the content of impurities such as calcium oxide is strictly controlled during the production process.
Its main component is silicon dioxide (SiO₂), the content of which is usually above 95%, and calcium-free silica refractory brick also contains a small amount of impurities such as aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃) and iron oxide (Fe₂O₃).

Descriptoin of Calcium-free Silica Fire Brick
Ruitai Lianxin calcium-free silica bricks are a new type of silica refractory material made from high-purity quartz using a calcium-free bonding process. Its core characteristics are a high silica content (SiO₂ ≥ 99%) and an extremely low calcium oxide content (CaO ≤ 0.05%), which makes its high-temperature performance significantly superior to ordinary silica bricks.

Application of Calcium-free Silica Brick
- Glass industry:Calcium-free silica brick is commonly used in the heat storage chamber, small furnace, pool wall and other parts of glass kiln;
- Metallurgical industry: in some special metallurgical furnaces, such as reverberatory furnaces and electric furnaces used for non-ferrous metal smelting, calcium-free silica refractory bricks can be used as lining materials for furnace tops, furnace walls and other parts;
- Other industrial kilns: in industrial kilns such as ceramics and refractory materials, calcium-free silica fire bricks are selected as refractory materials for some key parts.
