Meanwhile, the cooling zone and decomposition zone can be made of wear-resistant low-cement castable or high-alumina bricks.

In addition, due to the intense alternation of hot and cold temperatures at the kiln inlet and kiln tail seals, special refractory bricks with excellent thermal shock resistance must be used.
