Description of High Alumina Brick

High alumina (Al₂O₃) is the main component of the refractory.

High alumina refractories have a high alumina content, which can be divided into several grades according to different content. Generally speaking, alumina content between 48% and 75% belongs to high aluminum refractory. Its main raw material is high bauxite or industrial alumina.

It has a high refractoriness, usually between 1750℃ and 1790℃, which makes it able to withstand high temperature environments, such as the transition zone and firing zone of cement rotary kilns, the lining of ceramic kilns and other high temperature parts play a key role.
