Ceramic Fiber Board
Ceramic fiber board provides a rigid solution for ceramic fiber insulation. The boards are manufactured through a wet forming process using alumina-silica fibers and binders. Standard board grades are standard, high purity, and zirconia. Boards are available in a variety of temperature ratings, dimensions, and custom vacuum formed shapes.
The mixture of refractory fibers and binders, which have low organic content is vacuum processed into high temperature ceramic fiber board that imparts good mechanical strength even after heating.
Ceramic Board is a refractory board which has low thermal conductivity and high tensile strength and excellent resistance against thermal shock and chemical attack.

Description of Ceramic Fiber Board
Ceramic fiberboard is a high-temperature resistant, hard, plate-shaped thermal insulation material, which can be regarded as an “upgraded version” of ceramic fiber. It is made of high-purity aluminosilicate fiber (also known as ceramic fiber) as the main raw material, with the addition of a small amount of binder, and is manufactured using a wet vacuum forming process.

Application of Ceramic Fiber Board
Directly used as hot surface lining: Ceramic fiberboard can directly face the flame and high-temperature airflow, and can be used as the working lining of the furnace, kiln car, and furnace door.
Used as fire baffle and partition board: Ceramic fiberboard plays the role of blocking fire and separating temperature zones in the kiln.
Backing insulation: built behind heavy refractory bricks or castables as a thermal insulation layer to form a composite furnace lining.
Production of precision parts: With its good processing performance, it can be processed into special-shaped parts such as burner blocks and sealing gaskets.
