  • In non-ferrous metal smelting, such as the smelting and refining of copper, lead, zinc and other metals;
  • In the glass industry, reverberatory furnaces are used to melt glass raw materials to make them into uniform glass liquid;

  • In the cement industry, it is used to burn raw materials into cement clinker and is a key equipment in cement production.

  • In the chemical industry, it is used to dry and calcine some chemical raw materials, such as the calcination of calcium carbonate to produce calcium oxide.

Oxygen-enriched side-blown furnace

Oxygen-enriched Side-blown Furnace

  • Mainly used in the smelting of non-ferrous metals such as copper, lead and zinc.
  • In copper smelting, it can be used to process copper concentrate to achieve copper smelting and blowing processes;
  • In lead smelting, it can be used to process lead concentrate to carry out oxidation smelting and reduction smelting to produce crude lead;
  • In zinc smelting, it can be used to process zinc concentrate to produce zinc ingots or other zinc products through processes such as roasting and smelting.

Glass melting furnace

Glass Melting Furnace

  • According to the melting method, it can be divided into flame melting furnace and electric melting furnace. Flame melting furnace generates heat by burning fuel and is widely used; electric melting furnace uses electric energy for heating and is suitable for special glass production.
  • According to the operation method, it can be divided into continuous melting furnace and intermittent melting furnace. Continuous melting furnace can produce continuously with high efficiency; intermittent melting furnace produces in batches and is suitable for small batch and multi-variety glass production.

Blast Furnace

  • Blast furnaces are mainly used in the steel industry and are key equipment for large-scale production of pig iron.
